METASTASIS by : O.H

Spiral

The Spiral is the symbol of life and death. The Spiral lies at that very point where inanimate matter is transformed into life.
I’m convinced that the act of creation took place in form of a Spiral. Our life Proceeds in Spirals.

METAMORPHOSIS

(M.M)

What the Philosopher is seeking is not truth, but rather the Metamorphosis of the world into man.

“Friedrich Nietzsche”

Something has to change
Un-deniable dilemma
Boredom’s not a burden
Anyone should bear
Constant over stimulation numbs me
But I wouldn’t want you
It any other way
It’s not enough
I need more
Nothing seems to satisfy
I don’t want it
I just need it
To breathe, to feel, to know I’m alive

I can help you change
Tired moments into pleasure
Say the word and we’ll be
Well upon our way
Blend and balance
Pain and comfort deep within you
Till you will not want me any other way

NAUSEA

I want to leave, to go somewhere where I should be really in my place, where I would fit in… but my place is nowhere;
I am unwanted.

REFLECTION

So let us then try to climb the mountain, not by stepping on what is below us,
but to pull us up at what is above us, for my part, at the stars.

Mildewed and smoldering, strangled by our coveting I’ve done the math enough to know the dangers of our second guessing Doomed to crumble unless we grow, and strengthen our communication.

SHOUT

There was a time that the pieces fit, but I watched them fall away.
